April is the cruellest month, breeding
Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing
Memory and desire, stirring
Dull roots with spring rain.
Winter kept us warm, covering
Earth in forgetful snow, feeding
A little life with dried tubers...
-T.S. Eliot, The Waste Land, Part I
(Note: Illinois weather doesn't seem to understand whether to be cruel or forgetful.)

How much did you guys get?
Here in Ft Wayne we might have gotten an inch or so but thankfully it had all melted by the time I left work (and I only stayed about an hour late today!)
We woke up to ton of snow here in NY too! Boooo! So funny that my first thought was...this is cruel.
