Anyway, if you are planning on coming to Olivet's Homecoming in a few short weeks, you should definitely try and make it to one of the planetarium shows. They are running all weekend, and I know Steve is going to make an effort to be present at a few of them, instead of just letting student workers run the show. It's a nice way of seeing just how tuition and alumni gifts are being used to better the campus and the college's educational offerings.
And if you are coming in from out-of-town for Homecoming, let us know if you need a place to stay. We have many interesting places we are willing to fit our more adventurous friends... plus my folks live in a beautiful old home with both a guest room (complete with queen-sized bed) and a comfy futon. Double-plus, my dad has a new 40-something inch flat-screen HD television.
The amenities here in Kankakee can't be beat!

Funny thing about that shirt:
Back when X-men came out in theaters, a bunch of us went to see it dressed up as different characters. I was Magneto, and that is the shirt I wore. I also wore a purple towel cape. And a styrofoam Magneto mask.
Good times.
Steve would like to interject here that he was not able to go see X-Men with you guys that weekend because my parents were visiting at ONU and he was meeting them for the first time. I believe I denote some bitterness in his tone.
I totally saw Steve in the Olivetian yesterday. I'm so cool because I know him! Go Steve! Go Strickler!
